Inside, it includes NAND flash memory, controller, connectors and other elements on a printed circuit board.The host interface is fully compliant with the ATA5 specification and supports PIO modes 0-4 and UDMA mode 4 (Ultra DMA 66MHz). The SSD is available in 2.5-inch form factor with storage capacities ranging from 16 to 256 gigabytes.
